Make a deposit or payment:

Reservations can be made by phone: 208-201-9263.

The amount of the deposit varies, depending upon the chosen property. 50% of the deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. The payment or deposit for reservation can also be paid using a personal check, business check, or cashier check.

Processing fees on all major Credit cards will be added to the total lodging fee @ 3.0% American Express @ 3.5 %

You will be given confirmation of your reservation once your payment has been received and processed.

*There will be a charge on all major credit card charge backs. When reservation has been paid in full Hill Property Management will then send a key code to the rental property you have reserved. Key lock box’s are located by front entrance of the property (unless stated otherwise).

Refund of security deposit:

*Refunds on security deposits will be issued within 14 days after departure. .
