Hill Property Management was founded in 2007 on the principle of quality service.
Since that time, we has grown into a full-service property management company offering several management options to the Teton Valley property owner. The core of our business is long-term and short-term residential management. Whether a large estate or studio condo, we provide personalized service to the owner and prompt attention to the tenant’s needs. Through marketing, repeat customers, the uniqueness of Teton Valley, and a steady referral base, we are able to provide a return on your investment.
Our vacation-rental portfolio includes a broad selection of properties that cater to the diverse requirements of Teton Valley and surrounding area of Alta, Wyoming and Jackson Hole visitors.
Our goals for the short-term rental property owner is to generate income on the investment and preserve property value. Moreover, it is our goal to provide guests with comfortable, safe, and memorable accommodations.
Our goals for the long-term rental property owner is to generate income on the investment, preserve property value, procure tenants, collect rent, and oversee the needs of the tenant. Our annual inspections give voice to the tenant’s needs and feedback to the owner regarding property condition.
HPM also manages properties that are unoccupied in a care-taking capacity. Our goals for the second-home owner / absent home owner is to protect and preserve the property through inspections, maintenance, and to meet the owner’s various needs to protect their investments.
We offer a wide-range of personal services from weekly property inspections, property maintenance and grocery shopping. HPM also provides snow-removal, lawn care, cleaning services, hot tub maintenance, and repair by our in-house staff. We also oversee and coordinate the work of other trades that might be needed in managing the property. Again, through marketing, repeat customers, the uniqueness of Teton Valley, and a steady referral base, we are able to provide a return on your commercial property investment.
